We try to keep our delivery costs to a minimum. We offer $15 flat-rate shipping within Australia.

We ship on the day of order or the next business day, you should receive your order within a week (unless you live in a regional area, in which case our couriers might take a bit longer to find you).

We know that sometimes a return is necessary, and we want to make that process as smooth as possible. As a small business dedicated to ethical practices and unique designs, we offer store credit only for returns. This approach helps us sustain our operations and continue bringing you the kind of rest wear you won't find anywhere else.

Offering cash refunds would significantly challenge our ability to do so.

  • Respect for Craft and Effort: Each garment is a result of dedicated craftsmanship and a commitment to our makers. Beyond the creation, there's the meticulous process of packaging your order – selecting the right sustainable materials, ensuring its protection, and preparing it for shipment. These efforts and the associated costs (both materials and labor) are substantial for a business our size, and we simply can't absorb them for refunded items.

  • Maximizing Our Impact: We want to dedicate our energy and resources to what we do best: designing and creating beautiful rest wear. Processing extensive cash refunds diverts our team's valuable time and financial resources away from these core activities. By offering store credit, we streamline the return process and can focus on bringing you more of the unique styles you love.

Returns must be in their original packaging and must be unused and unwashed with all tags attached.  Products returned without their packaging, that have been washed or used and do not have the accompanying receipt of purchase will not be approved for a store credit. 

Delivery charges from Nocturne as well as the cost to return the product are at the customers' expense".
